Use survey results/curriculum map to look for entry points for authentic tech integration opportunities • 1st year: plan for 1 new collaborative episode/event/unit per grade level • Add successive ones in subsequent years • For reluctant technology integrators (the original RTI), sneak them a list of websites to go with a unit you know they’re working on… or other baby steps.
