Version 2.12 • Released – 30th of June • Advanced Search - POWIMPACT-90 • New procedure to import e-group members to the activity participant list - POWIMPACT-133 • Re-configuration of AD Facility to include ELENA project - POWIMPACT-136 • Improvements in the synchronization IMPACT - Dosiserv- POWIMPACT-135 • Allow RP to edit DIMR block and Safety Coordinators to create VICs when activity is Waiting EDH Approval - POWIMPACT-131 • Other small enhancements and bug fixes GS-AIS 7th July 2014

  7. Change Request • The Change Request feature will allow activity creators, technical responsible and supervisors to propose changes in the activity. For the time being, the Change Request will be used only to request changes in the Schedule dates, but it could be extended in the future to other fields (locations, access points…). GS-AIS 7th July 2014

  8. Change Request • When activity is submitted the proposed dates will become read only • Creator/Responsible/Supervisor can create a Change Request when activity in Approved, In Progress or Late • Only 1 pending Change Request per activity GS-AIS 7th July 2014

We have already drawn some specifications. Can a meeting be organised to discuss this ?.” Service Now Ticket: RQF0352330 Routing of the IMPACT request for professional visit: • facility responsible person • BE DSO • for RP: approval by signature should stay as implemented presently, i.e., no signature requested for Supervised Areas. Notification of RP (via the rp-visit-approval list) for Supervised Areas, including the possibility for RP to rejet the IMPACT.  • When the document is fully authorised, notification of access-registration.
