  3. Background • Orange County is 5th largest municipality in the State of Florida • The operational responsibility of Public Works requires a large inventory of heavy equipment and rolling stock • Public Works Heavy Equipment & Rolling Stock • 1100 Pieces of equipment • Valued at $42 M
