AREA 3: CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE OF YOUNG EUROPEANS DESCRIPTION OF AREA AND NEEDS ANALYSIS • Support of mobility of young people in the network of educational institutions • Preparation of activities for students and graduates of secondary schools, colleges and universities • The widest spectrum of areas possible (science, culture, art, spiritual program…) • Development of informal education • Emphasis on common European traditions, especially regarding the mission of Saints Cyril and Methodius

  8. AREA 3: CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE OF YOUNG EUROPEANS TARGET GROUPS • Primarily young people aged 15-26 • For certain activities, it is possible to engage primary school students as well • Certain activities require work with graduates

AREA 3: CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE OF YOUNG EUROPEANS PARTNERS / STAKEHOLDERS • Large number of foreign institutions cooperating with CMTF UP, SGV, AG, CARITAS CSW Olomouc • In the Czech Republic: institutions whose activities of the aim they concern (ex. Arcibishopric of Olomouc, Municipality of Velehrad, of course the Zlín Region and many others) • the circle of cooperating institutions will be expanded

AREA 3: CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE OF YOUNG EUROPEANS CONCLUSION • Summary of the area • Development and support of mobility of young Europeans with emphasis on common European traditions, especially in relation to the mission of Saints Cyril and Methodius • Creation of a network of cooperating institutions • We are linking to experiences gathered thus far by participating institutions • We are open to inspiration from our foreign partners • Estimated costs in the current form of the aim: around CZK 2.5 mil. annually • What we want to achieve • Enabling young people to have meetings with colleagues from abroad and in foreign countries • Developing participants in terms of knowledge and personality • Inspiring participants and their loved ones further visits to the Zlín Region
