  1. Ideal soil conditioner! ADVANTAGES: * Improves soil aeration and drainage. * Makes moisture and nutrients readily available to plants. * Serves as an insulator to reduce extreme soil temperature fluctuations. * Has essentially neutral PH of 6.0 to 8.5. * Prevents soil compaction. This soil amendment is a special blend of all natural materials consisting mainly of Perlite which is a unique volcanic mineral with a long and enviable record of performance as a propagating and growing medium. The surface of each granule is covered with tiny cavities providing a large surface area capable of retaining water, air, and nutrients. Our amendments are scientifically designed to condition native soils and introduce natural organic matter and nutrients. This soil amendmentnever contains human or animal waste, making it safe for all agricultural applications. Typical: Perlite – 40-75% Humus - 5-25% Binder(Corn Starch) -1-3% Kaolin Clay- 2-20% Directions for use:Soil testing should be done to determine the amount needed. On clay soils 2 tons per acre is a good starting point and on sandy soils 4 tons per acre. Mix soil amendment into the soil 6-8” deep with a harrow or tiller. NET WT: Bulk Shipped
