  3. The five basic needs: They drink ice cold water. They live on cold ice and under the warm sea. They eat very salty squid and little shrimp and very good fish. They breathe in foggy cold air. They have fat under their skin to keep them warm in cold places.

  5. NeedsThey have fat under there skin so when the baby is on their feet they will be warm.

  6. Habitat Some live in Antarctica. Some also live in Africa.

  7. Life Cycle • egg > chick> kid penguin> grown up.

  8. AdaptationThe beak helps the penguin eat it’s prey.The penguin’s feet are webbed to help it swim. The flipper also helps the penguin swim. The mouth helps it gulp fish down. The nose helps the penguin smell fish to eat.The belly helps the penguin feed the baby.The blubber helps keeps the egg or baby warm.
