  2. The Song • The song “Workin’ for a livin’” was performed by Huey Lewis and the News. • “Workin’ for a livin’” was realeased in 1982 off of the bands gold selling album, Picture This. • It has since been redone as a duet with Phil Vassar in 2003 and Garth Brooks in 2007.
