  1. Kindergarten Corner! Weekly News from Mt. View Elementary Kindergarten Classrooms December 20, 2013 Math Notes: Language Arts Notes: This week in GoMath! we finished chapter 6 on subtraction. Continue to work on this at home with your child. We will review all addition and subtraction at the end of the school year as well in preparation for First Grade. This week we reviewed all letters, sounds, and words we’ve learned so far. We’ve delayed Lesson 13 to the first week back in January in order to allow more time for fun holiday activities! Continue to practice word wall words with your child every day at home! Extras: Have a wonderful and relaxing holiday break! See you all next year (school resumes January 6th)! • We had a fun time at the School Sing Along today! Ask your child to tell you what the teachers sang for the school  • Thank you to all of the parent helpers at the Holiday Party today and Big Station Day on Tuesday! We had a fun time and all went so smoothly! Teacher Reminders!
