  9. Ordinance Review Repeals & Restructuring: • Repeal wastewater regulations: Sections 15-114 thru 15-153 and 37-143 (3) • Transfer Section 15-39 on prohibited deposits, discharges to new Water Quality Ordinance.

  10. Ordinance Review • Required Authority for NPDES: Permit from FDEP requires that each permit holder have the legal authority to control illicit discharges, connections, spills and dumping into the MS4, and perform the required inspection and monitoring to confirm compliance

  12. Ordinance Review Management of the MS4: • Prohibitions on illicit discharges and connections to the MS4, discharges onto the ground surface causing water pollution
