  2. Ditto Brings in ATLAS Apartment • Believing in happier, healthier living, Ditto is changing the way real estate is done. Being experts in the said field, Ditto brings in ATLAS Apartment, designed by Square 134 Architects, the Oslo is an urban infill project on Florida Ave NE in the growing Atlas district. The district has a high influx of young professionals to have them established and future careers. Oslo apartments focus on young renters with group houses over traditional apartments because they’re smaller buildings. • Normally, many renters are not able to afford an apartment of their own, but many also don’t want to inhabit old, which sees an endless rotation of potential tenants. They want to be social, but at the same time are expect a greater level of privacy than most group houses offer.

  3. New Apartment in DC • Seeing a need for moderately priced, urbane rental options, Ditto Residential debuted Oslo Atlas, designed to offer an updated take on co-living. • This new apartment in DC consists of an eight-unit multifamily project. Each of the eight units has five bedrooms, with a private bath. The offered unique layout makes the units ideal for young, single professionals. The modern façade clad in manganese iron spot brick is split down the canter by a monumental entry court. OSL Oatlasis a NEW, boutique co-living building right off H Street. Offers modern finishes, sleek kitchens, and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. • The rear façade contains a 40-foot-high, brightly colored mural by a local artist. This property from Oslo simply modernizes the smaller existing buildings, causing low disruption to the surrounding neighbourhood and providing an intimate environment for tenants. A lavish kitchen and joint living area in each unit allow for social interaction but don’t demand it.

  4. Oslo units • Oslo units are lavishly equipped with high-end appliances, minimalistic style, in-unit washer and dryer, and a shared roof deck. So far this model has been really successful among renters who are inclined to live in beautifully constructed spaces in trendy urban neighbourhoods, but can’t yet afford to live on their own. • Oslo is comparatively quite different from other group homes is that they are newly built residences specifically designed to make it easier to live with roommates. Rather than three or four people piling into an apartment with one bathroom, OSLO Atlas Apartments have private space for each person, along with an open shared living area and kitchen.
