  1. Welcome to Republic Polytechnic2008 Course Enrolment Exercisefor Full-Time Diploma Programme

  2. Date and Venue Date : 13th March 2008 to 19th March 2008 Time : 9am to 4pm daily (Closed on Sunday) Venue : Republic Polytechnic Agora Hall.

  3. Who should attend? • Applicants who are offered a place in Republic Polytechnic, through JAE, JPSAE, JPAE and DPA, must successfully complete the course enrolment process, in person, by 19th March 2008. • RP reserves the right to allocate leftover vacancies to other applicants.

  4. What can you expected? • The whole course enrolment process comprises of 7 stations, which you need to visit. • At the end of the course enrolment process, you will be issued your RP Student Identification number and computer logon ID.

  5. Layout of the Enrolment Venue(Republic Polytechnic Agora Hall) Station 5 Station 4 Station 3 Station 2 Station 6 Rest Area For Parents and Guests Station 7 First Aid Station 1 Exit Entrance

Station 1 Processes involved: • Verification of applicant’s Name, Citizenship • Collection of photocopy of previous academic result • Issuing of Course Acceptance form to applicant. • Please get ready your • NRIC (Singaporean and Singapore PR) • Passport/Student Pass (International Student) • Photocopy of previous academic result

  7. Station 2 Processes involved: • Collection of Tuition Grant application forms. • Verification of payment made. • Clarify and submit related financial scheme form* *for those who intend to take up financial scheme only. • Please get ready your • Tuition Grant forms • OCBC bank payment slip or Printout of eNETs • Completed financial scheme forms and supporting documents (if applicable)

  8. Station 3 Processes involved: • Payment of outstanding balance, (if any) through NETS • Please get ready your • NETS card (if payment is required)

  9. Station 4 Processes involved: • Scanning of Student’s NRIC/Passport • Please get ready your • NRIC (Singaporean / Singapore PR) • Passport (International student)

  10. Station 5 Processes involved: • Updating of Student Personal Particulars • Please get ready your • NOK contact information

  11. Station 6 Processes involved: • Issuing of RP’s Student Identification number and computer Login ID • Please get ready your • Completed Course Acceptance Form, issued by station 1

  12. Station 7 Processes involved: • Photo taking, by RP photographer, for the production of your RP student pass and translink concession card. • Please get ready your • NRIC
