  3. Powerpoint BroadcastRequirements • Presenter • Windows 98 or later • MS Powerpoint 2000 or 2002 • IE 4.0 or better • Fast processor – Pentium III, 700MHz + • Video camera (USB) or video card w/others • Microphone – wireless is better

  4. Powerpoint Broadcast Requirements • Viewer • Microsoft Windows Media Player • Internet Explorer 4.0 or better • Computer with Sound Card

  5. Powerpoint Broadcasting • Open Ppt with pre-made slides • Go To Slide Show Online Broadcast Set Up and Schedule • Click “Set Up & schedule new broadcast” • Fill in description, speaker, etc • Click on “Broadcast Settings”

  6. Powerpoint Broadcast Click on “Send Audio” and/or “Send Video” Click on “Record Show and save here” (leave blank to be able to move subdirectory) Click on “Schedule Broadcast” Fill In To: (if sending over intranet) Start Time End Time Send Email

  7. Powerpoint Broadcast Click on “Slide Show” “Online Broadcast” “Begin Broadcast” When finished, class will be on server or local machine and can be copied to CD Size: 1 MB per minute using 56K encoding
