  5. Learning Outcomes By the end of the lesson ss will be able to- Talk about different kinds of pollutions. Read and under textthrough silent reading. Write a draft for a short lecture . Guess and tell messages from pictures.

  6. Look at the following similar pictures in section A in your text and discuss the questions given above the pictures.

  8. New Words Vehicles Meaning? Conveyance like car, bus, truck Sentence-Vehicles carry passengers.

  9. Emission Meaning? Sending out fume, fluid etc. Sentence-Emission from brick fields pollutes the air.

  10. Sediment Matter carried by water or wind and deposited on the surface of the land Meaning? Sentence-The waste gets sediment in the riverbed.
