INSTITUSI DAN INDIVIDU YANG TERLIBAT DALAM SERDOS INTEGRATIF • Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Dikti), • PerguruanTinggiPengusul (PTU), • PerguruanTinggiPenilaiSertifikasi (PTPS), • KoodinasiPerguruanTinggiSwasta (Kopertis), • Panitia Serifikasi Dosen (PSD), • DekanFakultas (DKN), • KetuaJurusan/Bagian/Departemen (KJR), • PenilaiPersepsional (PP), • Penilai Deskripsi Diri/Asesor (ASR), dan • Dosen yang disertifikasi (DYS).

TAHAPAN SERDOS INTEGRATIF • Penetapan DYS untuk setiap PTU oleh Dikti • Penetapan PTPS untuk DYS dari setiap PTU oleh Dikti • Penilaian internal DYS oleh PP di PTU • Penilaian eksternal DYS oleh ASR di PTPS • Pelaporan dan yudisium kelulusan DYS oleh PTPS bersama Dikti • Penerbitan Sertifikat Pendidik oleh PTPS bersama Dikti.

  6. PENETAPAN PTPS UNTUK MASING-MASING DYS Dengan D4 dan A3, Dikti menetapkan PTPS untuk masing-masing DYS

  7. PENILAIAN INTERNAL DYS OLEH PP DI PTU

  8. PENILAIAN INTERNAL DYS OLEH PP DI PTU PTS

  9. PENILAIAN EKSTERNAL ATAS DYS OLEH ASESOR DI PTPS
