Why strength based leadership is important • When a company focuses on the strength of an employee their engagement increased by eight times. • This means that a leader should pull the best out of each employee. • There is no reason for an employee to perform a task that someone else can do better.

How to find your strength! • Natural Desire • Spontaneous Reactions • Each reaction implies distinct patterns of behaviors, therefore offers clues to your talents • 3 clues to help you find your talent • Yearnings, reveals the presence of a talent, particularly when felt early in life. • Rapid learning, offers another trace of talent. Sometimes a talent doesn’t signal itself through. • Satisfaction, when doing a positive activity it feels goodbrings you strength and satisfaction.

  9. What Are Your Strengths? Restorative- are adaptive at dealing with problems. They are good at figuring out what is wrong and resolving it. Responsibility- Take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honestly & loyalty. Hard Relator- Enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal. Harmony- Look fro consensus. They don’t enjoy conflict; rather they seek areas of agreement. Focus- Can take direction, follow through, and make the corrections necessary to stay on track. They prioritize, then act.
