  4. As we travel through these dayslet us be ‘ drawn into...an endlessly dynamic symphony of three movements: allurement, relationship and emergence.’Acts of the 26th General Chapter Life, Death, Resurrection, Life, Death, Resurrection

  5. Life is Gift... I am Gift, being created in the image and likeness of God, who is Life and Love itself. I am being called to become Gift for others I am invited to recognise and enjoy all the Giftedness that surrounds me, people, creation, music, beauty, poetry. May I ‘awaken to the creative vitality of our abundant and exuberant God. May I immerse my self more consciously in the evolving mystery of universe, of Earth, of humanity’, of my own evolving sense of true self. The Gift You made of me, may I become.

  6. Life gets messy... In these days we are invited to ‘walk contemplatively with open eyes, attentive to the violence and the beauty, the wonder and heartache, the desolation and radiance in ourselves and beyond. We hear the cry of Earth, the cry of children. We feel humanity diminished’. We become still, aware of our need for healing, reconciliation, forgiveness. Be with us O Forgiving God

  7. And we can change it!

  8. We are called... ...again, through our Journey into the mystery of these Easter Days to ‘respond...in the spirit of Mary and Julian, living on the edges of our existence with Joseph as we continue to re-imagine the Gospel of Jesus’, Light in our Darkness.

  9. God of the Light and the Darkness, may our journey through these Easter Days, transform us. ‘Help us to change. To change ourselves and to change our world. To know the need for it. To deal with the pain of it. To feel the joy of it. To undertake the journey without understanding the destination. The art of gentle revolution’. (Leunig) And may the Spirit of the Living God shine through us as we ‘nurture communion in relationships of compassion, justice, mutuality and healing’, Amen.

  10. There is a longing in our hearts O God for You to reveal Yourself to us. There is a longing in our hearts for love we only find in You our God For justice, for freedom, for mercy: hear our prayer. In sorrow, in grief: be near hear our prayer, O God.
