Our Office Tasks: • to organize informational days (devoted to the Office strategy work); • to support the relations with Tempus Program members in Ukraine (Euro-Commission Representative); • to provide Ukrainian innovation structures with technological aid; • to monitor promising regional investment-innovation projects.

  3. Our Office Goals: • to draw the attention of our state; • to draw the attention of local authorities; • to support innovation reforming; • to reform Ukrainian higher education system; • to support students’ and post-graduates’ entrepreneur activities; • to support technologies transfer; • to summarize CSTU and other Universities’ (Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk) experiences to establish similar structures in all Ukrainian regions; • to organize the Entrepreneur’s Day taking into consideration the experience of Saarland University.

  4. Office Strategies: • Continuation of the Office work after the project financing termination; • Creation of the new technologies center-transfer/industrial park; business-incubator; • Creation of the strategic document about modern universities innovation activities development.

  5. Work Models: • Benefits for the university members; • Discounts for the graduates; • Discounts for the other business owners.

  6. Jointly with the regional state administration the Office is the competition initiator: • Students’, postgraduate-students’, CSTU lecturers’ business plans; • Best web page; • The new technologies Office of small enterprises innovation structures; • Business-plan of regions development together with regional state administration.

  7. Work Plan: • Each partner’s tasks study and participation in their realization; • German and Spanish experience generalization and dissemination (it concerns partners and course audience); • Organizational work exchange among universities, research organizations, entrepreneurs in the field of science and production organization; • Adaptation of the lecture courses, textbooks, brochures, method guidelines for professional training of innovation products sales managers on the basis of modern economic education; • Dissemination of monographs, small books, booklets and other advertising publications on innovative activities in Ukraine and CSTU in Ukrainian universities and entrepreneur structures; • Dissemination of necessary documents on the TEMPUS TACIS results in the universities of Ukrainian regions, research organizations and entrepreneurs.
