Source Forge has over 2 million registered users while Github has little over 1 million. SourceForgeis used for project management, while Github is essentially a place to put your code for others to view. **GitHubdoesn’t allow full projects. **SourceForge has unlimited storage space while GitHub has 300 Mb Limit. SouceForge has free private repository.
