Concretework at the school • Ryebreadwillbebaked • by the pupilsat junior highschool ( grades 7, 8 and 9 ) at leastonce in home economics • by the students at highschoolduringBon apetit 1 ja 2- course • and also on ”The traditional food and habits”- dayof ourschool • At the highschoolalso a diploma of home economicswillbe made abouttraditionalryebread

  4. ”Teamryebred” The pupils in gradeninewereveryinterested in bakingryebred. Theyhavetwohours home economics in a week, both on oneday. As ittakesmoretime to make the ryebreadready, theyweremixingthe sourdough on theirowntimeon the firstdayand on the seconddaythe breadwasbakedduring the lessons. The holeactivitypackagewentverywell and somepupilseventook the recipe and dough to bake the ryebread at home. The pupilssaid, thattheywillbake the breadstillmanytimes. Allpupils in the groupsaid, that the taste of bread is verydelicious.
