  18. 結論 • LM4116的量測為第一次使用超低功率微波 PLL 系統在Dilution refrigerator system中測量 • LM4374C3的數據顯示了系統的高感度低飄移特性 • 改良後的取樣閘時序脈衝提供電路解決了原本容易飄移與燒毀的現象 • 發現樣品 LM4406 有共振
