  4. Leadership • What is leadership? • “Plan your work, work your plan” • Leadership styles: • Autocratic • Laissez-faire • Democratic • Styles specific to given situations • Theory X • Theory Y • Theory Z

  5. Leader Style? • No talking, because I said so. • Take out a piece of paper • Write your name and today’s date on it. • Write the following question and your answer to it: “Which leadership style would use this type of instruction method?”

Leader Style? • Let’s talk before going any further. • Should we take out a piece of paper or type up today’s assignment in Word? • How should we indicate that we did the work and that it was done today? • How should we answer the following question: “Which leadership style would use this type of instruction method?”
