  2. The first step to building a new home in the mountains begins with the site. A crew will need to 'cut' in your driveway, clear the land and level it in order to start construction. Footings need to be excavated and then poured.  Once the footings have been laid out, plumbing and electrical is laid into the foundation and then the slab is poured.  After the foundation is finished your home begins to take form. Park County ground thaw starts in May and that's when our excavators start.  EXCAVATION & CONCRETE

  3. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING & FRAMING Next up, we begin to take deliveries, the exterior framing and the roof trusses are installed and sheathed and the home is 'dried in'. This is where project management is key, we work directly with the speciality trades [plumbing & electrical] and Park County's Building & Planning Dept. regarding inspections. IN BETWEEN INSPECTIONS This is where patience is key, our teams work in line with the county, and we can only move as fast as the inspectors allow us to go.
