  8. Common injuries • Falls • Ankle sprains • iliotibial band syndrome, patellofemoral pain • Overheat, heat stroke, dehydration • Hypothermia • cramps • Foot blister • Skin sore at friction areas e.g. axilla, nipples, low back, groin, anal region
