High speed digital systems laboratory המעבדה למערכות ספרתיות מהירות Abstract This project continues a previous project made in SIPL.The heart of this project is the implementation of a HW decoder for Huffman encoding in very high speed (about 70Mpxl/sec). The inputs include “error predicted color” , its length And length bits number. The out put is the true color. 2

The main unit is the Hufman unit which encode the color and the stream length using a LUT. The encoded color and length transferred to the Analayzer unit which summarize it with the predicted color. The predictor use the same function which used in the decoder so the result is the original color. 3
