  2. What’s included? • Virgin Atlantic flights from Heathrow to San Francisco and return flights from Los Angeles to Heathrow. • Return coach travel between college and Heathrow. • All room only accommodation and transfers whilst in the US. • Travel Insurance

  3. §§§ Where are we going? • San Francisco - 1 night stay • Oakhurst/Yosemite - 1 night stay • Bakersfield - 1 night stay • Las Vegas - 2 nights stay • Los Angeles - 3 nights stay

  4. San Francisco We will be staying in the Renoir Hotel and is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. • During our visit we have a half day walking sightseeing tour of the city. • We are also hoping to organise a visit to Alcatraz Island. For more info visit www.renoirhotel.com

  5. Yosemite National Park We will spending the day at Yosemite National Park and will be staying over night at the Shilo Inns.   6. Bakersfield We will be leaving Oakhurst for an evening transfer to Bakersfield. The Four Points hotel also has outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness centre. For more info visit www.sheraton.com

  7. Las Vegas We have a morning coach transfer with tour guide to Las Vegas and will be travelling via Death Valley. The hotel will be staying in is called Circus Circus and is one of the biggest in Vegas. It has 3770 rooms and situated on the main strip. The hotel has many restaurants, outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzis and also a indoor theme park called Adventure Dome. We also have a tour of Las Vegas and be visiting the world famous ‘Fountains of Bellagio’. For more info visit www.circuscircus.com

  8. Los Angeles During the journey from Las Vegas we will also be stopping off at Calico Ghost Town which is situated in the Mojave Desert. The Clarion Hotel Anaheim is located just 1 block from the Disneyland theme park and 30 minutes from Los Angeles. The hotel has a heated swimming pool, restaurant and games room. We also have a half day sightseeing of LA, visit Universal Studios and a day at Disneyland theme park. For more info visit www.clarionanaheim.com/

  9. What’s not included? • The cost of the trip DOES NOT include meals, snacks and drinks. Some group evening meals will be arranged. Approx food cost £250-£300

  12. Cancellation charges Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing to James Howell. Charges apply as shown to all cancellations; More than 70 days to departure Loss of Deposit 35-70 days to departure Loss of 60% of trip cost 15-34 days to departure Loss of 75% of trip cost 10-14 days to departure Loss of 90% of trip cost Day of Departure Loss of 100% of trip cost

  13. Behaviour CTC Kingshurst Academy reserve the right to refuse to take Any individual, up to the day of departure if their behaviour in or outside of college is deemed unacceptable or Inappropriate. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of both staff and students whilst abroad. Any payments made will only be refunded as laid out under the cancellation charges on the previous slide.
