  3. This week, we are going to do a challenge in small groups, where we discuss how stress impacts our lives.

  4. What is Bullying?

  5. 1 poster (have students draw outline of a body on it) 1 balloon with mission in it 4-5 Blue Markers 4-5 Red Markers Each group of 4-5 students needs:

  6. Your Mission: When the music begins, you will have the length of the song (3:27) to blow up the balloon, tie it off, and then pop it to reveal the mission inside!

  7. How many things did your group come up with?Count them up and put that number in the upper left corner of your poster.

  8. Mission Possible:

  9. Let’s repeat the activity now with some help! Each group will get a STRESS Pack of information. You may also use ideas you heard from other groups! Use a different color for this list! You will have the length of the song (3:27). You may begin when the music plays! WE can do Better

  10. How many things did your group come up with?Count them up and put that number in the upper right corner of your poster.
