Bibliography • Numerous research projects in the past – over 150 entries • Needed to understand past projects and ´State-of-the-Art´ • Goal is not to develop complete record but to create a ´tool´ • Many stages to a bibliography – this is the first stage • Need input from all EU CHIC partners and Advisory Board • Next steps to continue to revise and add entries then share European Cultural Heritage Identity Card

European Cultural Heritage Identity Card • User Survey • To identify users and their needs • Understand the users and their needs/background • Define uses of a potential system for Cultural Heritage • Includes Background, Informational, Event questions • Need 200 – 300 responses • Initial data collection in 2-3 months • Developing this survey with coordinators and WP Leaders

European Cultural Heritage Identity Card • ENUMERATE • Documentation of Cultural Heritage • Funded by 7th Framework – built upon the NUMERIC survey • Cultural Heritage is defined as also Libraries, Archives, Museums as well as monuments • Conducting 3 European wide thematic user surveys • Growth, usage, costs (supply, demand, economics) and management of digitization • This initiative would like the involvement of EU CHIC
