  12. Webinars • Webinars provide users scheduled interactive, educational sessions on how to complete various functions in ERM.   36. Data Setup and Go-Live Requirements

  37. ERM Data Setup Requirements • Designated Employer User to do initial login • Confirm data certification page • Set up bank account info • Confirm payroll dates • Setup any additional ERM Users

  38. Go-Live Requirements • Run, collect, and store any payroll that occurred between the most recent quarterly submission and Go-Live • Submit each W&C file sequentially by payroll date

  39. Go-Live Delay • Resolution of outstanding bugs • Resolution of historical data issues • Provides Employers with additional time for file creation/testing, training, and business process creation/implementation

Go-Live Delay, cont. • EPPA group will communicate with each employer individually to ensure: • File(s) created, if necessary • File(s) structurally tested, if necessary • Registered for training • Utilization of ERM during extended Soft Open • Internal business processes in place to support ERM
