  2. Click Menu Site to create a new site root

  3. Set a folder in your computer Name the site and create the folder –click select to finish. Create one images folder inside and select. Select

  4. File –Create HTML and Save as index

  5. Create CSS new rule Always specify Compound (based on your selection)

  6. Insert Div Tag and create CSS

  7. Layout CSS and a Div Tag is now visible The first web page is created and must name as index

  8. CSS Rule Definition – specify width

  9. Box Property Setting the margin for the wrapper - put zero to the Box Property

  10. New DIV and Rule for the header The header DIV goes inside the wrapper DIV – insertion before end of the tag

  11. Click the CSS panel button to add Rules

  12. Repeat the process for additional DIV’s The navigation DIV – insertion after tag of the header

  13. CSS Rule setting from the CSS panel next

  14. Adding Left column DIV and Right column DIV The column DIV’s –specify to float left or right inside the BOX property

  15. Click the CSS Rules to edit the specific DIV’s
