BEE Compliance In terms of the Codes of Good Practice issued under the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003, Durban and Coastal mental Health qualifies as a Non-Profit Organisation whose beneficiaries are persons with disabilities, 95% of whom are Black South African Citizens. Employment Equity Act To meet with your Employment Equity Act requirements consider having a Service User placed at your company through our Supported Integration Programme wherein persons with Mental Disability can gain work skills through doing tasks in Reception; Cleaning or Dispatch. Service Users are trained through our Job Grading Programme. Your company will receive the induction, orientation guideline and on-going coaching and support from our Job Coach who maintains contact with your company.
