Threats The competitors in mobile phones market: Nokia, Apple, etc. Samsung competitors in electronic market: Sony, Panasonic, LG, etc. Its competitors’ advertising, Lack of fashion statement. Strengths • The widest range of product portfolio, • Predominance in market share in mobile phones, • Samsung brand value expansion, • Heavy assets of technology. • Focus on the innovations, • Investments. Weaknesses • Not proactive in introducing new products, • Image of low quality products, • Samsung products are not user friendly.
