應用文. 學習要領. 應用「文」. 記錄 遊戲 利己 如「日記」、「個人時間管理」等. 溝通 例如：信件、公文 ……. 應用文之定義. 約定俗成的文書形式，社會群體間的溝通橋樑。. 應用文的特質. 有特定的目的 不像普通文章，可以憑空虛構，任意發揮。. 有特定的對象 應用文既然因特殊目的而作，就必然有與該目的相關的對象. 有特定的格式 如果格式錯誤，不但貽笑大方，甚至法律效力亦會受到影響. 有特定的用語 有一套共同意義的用語，即所謂特定的用語.
