National Program Managers Guidance: Annually Look and See How Your Program Fits In • NPM Guidance documents are issued annually by EPA’s five major program offices: • Air & Radiation • Water • Solid Waste and Emergency Response • Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances • Enforcement & Compliance Assurance • The NPM Guidance documents provide EPA’s 10 regional offices, the states and tribes with guidance on specific priorities and implementation strategies for the coming year.
