  3. Inleiding (1) • ‘Muziekblessure’ poli bij RF • Prof./amateurs met • klachten tgv. musiceren • beperkingen tgv. chronische ziekte etc. • Grotendeels aspecifieke pijnklachten en handletsels

Inleiding (2) • Dystonie bij musici:in lit. groot probleem • Bij RF veel embouchureproblematiek, nauwelijks in h&b apparaat • Behandelprotocol bij RF • Literatuur en eigen ervaringen • Nauwelijks instroom • Elders bij dystoniecentra ook weinig (slechte resultaten bij embouchure, 40% violisten terug in werk) • Musici zoeken weinig specifieke hulp

  5. Dystonie(definitie) • Symptoom: verstoring van de spierspanning • Wisseling in spanning, coördinatie verstoord, dwangstand (geen pijn onderscheid met dysuse) • Ziekte dystonia musculorum deformans • primair/idiopathisch • Secundair/symptomatisch

  6. Dystonie(incidentie) • Dystonia m.d. 500 • Torticollis spasmodica 1500 • Blefarospasme 1000 • Spasmodische d. (stem) 1000 • Schrijfkramp 1200 (?) • Oromandibulaire d. (mond) 1200 3 op de 100.000
