For nearly two decades, Peter Culpepper has served as a finance executive, certified public accountant, and strategic leader for firms across multiple countries. Since entering the business world after earning his MBA in Finance, Pete Culpepper has enabled companies in a number of fields to achieve their goals. During the nascence of a publicly traded company, Culpepper grew its capital stream from $1.5 million to $30 million by utilizing public relations and designing co-ops with pharmaceutical conglomerates. Another firm benefited from his abilities as he merged 67 subsidiaries into one large department that covered the entire country, standardized inventory and finance control across the company, and acquired millions of dollars from outstanding accounts and uncollected equipment. Some of Peter Culpepper’s other accomplishments included guiding a business through bankruptcy and obtaining funding to save it, as well as negotiating a $1 billion contract for a telecommunications firm. At Provectus Pharmaceuticals, Pete Culpepper aids the biopharmaceutical company as it creates innovative medications to treat liver cancer, metastatic melanoma, breast cancer, and other diseases. As CFO, Culpepper files paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, ensures that policies conform to Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulations, produces documentation for investors, and oversees a $5 million profit and loss statement. Additionally, he serves as a liaison between third party consultancies and the firm's Board of Directors while developing projects to interest new and established investors.
