  1. QuickBooks Can’t Find Company File Intuit’s QuickBooks is the quintessential accounting software used around the world. This cutting-edge software allows us to manage an organization’s accounts. Be it payroll, inventory, or any other vital data. However, with such perfection, you can still encounter errors. QuickBooks can’t find company file is a standard error experienced. We will take a look at what causes this error and how it can be resolved.When this problem occurs, you can go to the File menu and select and choose the command ‘Open Or Restore Company..’ to look for the file in a distinct directory. Search for the file in the start menu of your system.

Browse the company file and add the .qbw extension and choose the open option. To open an accountant’s copy transfer file, go to ‘Open Or Restore Company’ option.
