การนำข้อมูล PubMed เข้า EndNote. คลิก send to -คลิก citation manager - คลิก Create File. 1. คลิกกรอกสี่เหลี่ยมหน้ารายการที่ต้องการ. 3 .การทำงานของ Browser หลังจากคลิก Create File. ถ้าใช้ Chrome จะ save file ไว้ที่ Task bar -> ให้คลิกที่ชื่อไฟล์.

  2. คลิก send to-คลิก citation manager- คลิก Create File 1. คลิกกรอกสี่เหลี่ยมหน้ารายการที่ต้องการ

  3. 3.การทำงานของ Browser หลังจากคลิก Create File ถ้าใช้ Chrome จะ save file ไว้ที่ Task bar -> ให้คลิกที่ชื่อไฟล์ ถ้าใช้ IE จะมีข้อความสอบถามว่าต้อง save หรือ Open -> ให้คลิก Open

  4. 4. ไฟล์ที่เลือกจะถูกส่งเข้าโปรแกรม EndNote พร้อมแสดงหน้าต่างให้เลือก Import Filter ชื่อ PubMed[NLM]ให้คลิก Choose ข้อมูลจาก PubMed จะถูกโอนเข้า library

  5. 1. คลิกกรอกสี่เหลี่ยมหน้ารายการที่ต้องการ2. คลิก Export

  6. 3. Export format = RIS …4. คลิก Export5. คลิกชื่อไฟล์ หรือ คลิก open6. import filter=scopuselsevier

  7. วิธีแก้ปัญหาชื่อเต็มชื่อย่อวารสาร(1)วิธีแก้ปัญหาชื่อเต็มชื่อย่อวารสาร(1) การ import/export ข้อมูลมาจากหลายแหล่งอาจทำให้ ชื่อวารสารที่ได้บางครั้งเป็นชื่อเต็มบางครั้งเป็นชื่อย่อ ทำให้ข้อมูลบรรณานุกรมไม่ถูกต้อง วิธีแก้1.คลิก Tools-Open Term List – Journal Term List 2. จะพบหน้าต่าง Term Lists 3.ที่หน้าต่าง Term Lists คลิกแท็บ Lists - Import list 4. จะพบหน้าต่างให้หา โฟเดอร์ Program Files\EndnoteX?\Term List5. ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ชื่อ medical.txt แล้วคลิก Open โปรแกรมเพิ่ม list ชื่อย่อเพื่อใช้ในกรณีที่ import/export ข้อมูลที่มีชื่อวารสารเป็นชื่อเต็มเข้ามา6.คลิก Edit – Output Style แล้วคลิก Edit Vancouver หรือ style ที่ต้องการ จะพบหน้าต่างตามภาพนี้7. คลิก Journal Names เลือก journal name format เป็น Abrreviation 2

  8. ถ้าทำ (1) แล้วยังไม่ได้ให้แก้ตามนี้
