  11. What is wisdom?

  12. Why do we need wisdom?

  13. Why do we need wisdom? Ephesians 5:15-17 –Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.

  14. Why do we need wisdom? As you might imagine, the men of Ephesus were religious zealots. Nobodymissed worship. And it wasn’t the music and preaching that drew the crowds. Apparently, some of the Christians in Ephesus were being drawn back into their former ways. Why settle for a sermon when you can…never mind.

  15. Why do we need wisdom? Ephesians 5:15-17 –Be very careful, then, how you live – not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.

  16. Why do we need wisdom? James 3:13-18 –Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.

  17. Why do we need wisdom? James 3:13-18 –But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven, but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. .

  18. Why do we need wisdom? James 3:13-18 –But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial, and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.
