  2. 79 "Indira Gandhi" Secondary School is located in Sofia, The capital of Bulgaria

  3. The school was established in 1982. About 900 students of age 7-19are educated here.

  4. THE SCHOOL CARRIES THE NAME OF THE GREAT AND HONOURABLE INDIAN LEADER INDIRA GANDHI

  5. There is A preschool group of children attending special classes

  6. Children start learning English and information technologies at the age of 7

  7. Secondary education is from 5th to 8th grade

  8. High school education is from 9th to 12th grade with English and IT • Technological – IT • Web Design

  9. Students from different social grounds study here

  10. The school has technologically advanced classrooms • 5 it rooms • 2 multimediarooms

  12. Students attend various clubs and take part in different events : drawing dancing

  15. The students compete in sport tournaments and win awards

  16. the students` parliament consists of members from all classes who discuss important topics with the support and guidance of the psychologist

  17. The teachers and students take part in different projects: • Success - clubs • For every student with care • Comenius and Erasmus+

  18. The teachers’ team has taken part in 2 european projects: • Team Teaching – Building Communities for the Future • Variety is the spice of life

  19. Our Bulgarian team: • 2 English teachers • 2 IT teachers • A geography teacher • A Bulgarian language and literature teacher
