Soln. • Provide guidelines on design, installation, operation & maintenance of them. • Follow-up on suitability of the technology. • Assessment • At the selected sites: • Initiate & co-ordinate baseline & impact studies for other pillars • Benchmark between sites. • Entrepreneurship Identify & disseminate information about ICT business opportunities • Assist entrepreneurs in venture creation & business establishment • Stimulate the organisation of education & training opportunities at all levels. • Usage At selected sites: • Initiate & co-ordinate activities supporting usage of ICT. • Support pro-active local users for development of ICT. • Advise on how the services can be effective at community level.
