Thursday Things to see: Soarin’ Spaceship Earth Mission Space Norway Test track Club cool Illuminations 7:30am- Breakfast on way 9:00am – EPCOT opens 1:00pm – Depart EPCOT for Downtown Disney 1:30pm – Walk around Downtown Disney Change clothes into performance attire 3:00pm – Set up and warm-up 4:00pm – Perform! 5:00pm – Back to EPCOT 9:00pm – Depart EPCOT for hotel 9:30pm – Room check in 10:00pm - Lights out

Saturday Things to see Space Mountain Pirates of the Caribbean Haunted Mansion Philharmagic Wishes 6:30am- Wake-up 7:00am – Depart for breakfast at McDonalds 8:15am – Depart for Performance Clinic in EPCOT 9:00am – Clinic 11:00am – Depart EPCOT for Magic Kingdom Meeting times throughout the day 10:00pm –Watch Wishes Fireworks 11:00pm – Depart Magic Kingdom 11:45pm – Room check and lights out
6. Sunday Things to see Expedition Everest coaster Kilimanjaro Safari Dinosaur Kali River Rapids (bring a change of clothes for this) 7:30am- Wake-up 8:15am – Depart for Animal Kingdom 9:00am – Animal Kingdom opens 12:00pm – Depart Animal Kingdom for Waxhaw 4:00pm –Stop for dinner at Savannah Mall 9:00pm – Arrive home, Remind101will be sent

8. Theme park bag Disney will check all bags before entering the park. Also, they get heavy so don’t bring too much into the park. 9. Clothing Requirements Some parents consider purchasing their child a cheapo cell phone in case it gets lost For the performance students will be in concert uniform. Band polo shirt, black pants, dressy shoes will need to be packed in a travel bag. For the other days in the park students will be allowed to wear comfortable clothes of their choosing (school dress code will apply). Recommended are comfortable walking shoes, a light pullover for cooler weather at night, something in case of rain, and hat to protect from sun. Sunscreen is also recommended! Any items brought on the trip will be the responsibility of the child. Parents and directors will not be held responsible for lost items (video games, iPods, phones, etc).
10. How much $ to bring Meal estimates Breakfast - $7 Lunch - $10 Snack - $5 Dinner - $12 Souvenir money – estimate $25 Students will be given 2 meal cards with $10 on them. One used for lunch on Friday in Hollywood Studios One used for lunch on Saturday in Magic Kingdom Additional meals will need to be purchased 3 breakfasts (you can pack continental items in suitcase) 2 lunches 4 dinners – 1 at the mall

12. Magic Bands The Magic bands will serve as hotel room key, theme park ticket, and for fast pass tickets. Don’t worry – we have paper copies as backups  If you would like to put a credit card on your child's room to use for charging: 1) Text Ann Milford at 704-591-2282 or email annmilford@hotmail.com prior to departure for your student's reservation #. 2) Call the All-Star Movies Resort at (407) 939-7000 on our check in day of Thursday, Nov 21. Since each room has up to 4 students, please tell the resort which child in the room is yours so your credit card will be associated with only your child's Magic Band. You will also need to set up a 4 digit pin, so please make sure your student knows what number you will choose. You may also choose to place spending limits on your student's account such as a dollar amount or type of purchases (i.e. food only) if you wish.
13. Medication All medications will need to be checked in with either Mrs. Ebert or Mrs. Abuaita prior to boarding the buses Students are not allowed to carry ANY medication with them (with the exception of the self carry Epi-Pens) Medications will need to be listed on the field trip form given out tonight Email Mrs. Ebert with any updates
14. Remind101 All students will need to sign up for this on their phone to receive real time information We will be communicating a lot through Remind101 It allows Mrs. Ebert to text students meeting time updates and short ride lines Students: text 704-288-0702, message @studentdis Parents: text 754-333-6690, message @cuthdisney
