Program goes thru VZW Approval Process via email & CAT 3. Shortcode is assigned to Content Aggregator Network Ops for Approval (<25 mps) Campaign Admin Tool (CAT) 4. Content Aggregator finalizes Application for VZW Approval within CA Tool Based on Content Standards (Double Opt-In Rules) Provisioning to SMPP GW 6. VZW Approval goes to Content Aggregator Content Aggregator (a) VZW Monitoring Content Review
