A software will reside on a web server at a hosting company or be part of a hosted                   SaaS (software as a service) platform. For most people especially those who are             setting up their first site, a website builder offers a low-stress, low-cost option               for creating a good-quality site. Or in other words, you do not use your local               computer (desktop or laptop) to hold software that will build the website.             Instead you will build the website online via software designed specifically for             website creation.                                                                                                                  Top small business ​website builders​ are:  WordPress  Wix  Squarespace  Weebly  Types of website builders  There are two main types of website builders: offline and online
