Every day I come across with plenty of people who struggle with eating disorders. • Most of them want to eat the right and the healthy foods and keep their carb intake low, but they fail and hence they end up with a number of health problems. • As a health coach and a nutrition consultant, I urge people in California to keep up with a protein rich diet plan to keep you feeling fuller for longer, reduce cravings and satisfy all of your nutritional needs.

There are a lot of benefits of following such diet plans and they are mentioned below – Enhances your mood – There are certain amino acids that are very important in order to balance your hormones naturally, control your mood and acts as a natural remedy for anxiety. Proteins help when it comes to your neurotransmitters function and also synthesize hormones like dopamine and serotonin that calms us and keep our outlook positive.
