  1. Coherent Market Insights Industrial dryers are used to efficiently handle huge amounts of bulk materials with low moisture content Industrial dryers, also known as dryers for industrial use, are used to efficiently dry large amounts of materials that require lower moisture levels in the drying process. Depending upon the type and amount of material being processed, the dryers usually come in a variety of models built especially for this purpose. Some of the common types of dryers available today are dryers designed for drywall, ceiling insulation, leather, fabrics, and paper. In the past, these types of dryers were large industrial drum dryers that were powered by steam, but modern dryers are made using electricity and gas or oil-powered engines. There are several factors that determine the size of an industrial dryer including the capacity to handle the material to be dry cleaned, the space available in the dryer, and the weight of the material being dry cleaned. Common types of industrial dryers include counter-current dryers, hot water dryers, electric tumble dryers, and gas tumble dryers. Most dryers have either a vertical or a horizontal feeder pipe that directs the spray of hot air through a discharge tube. The amount of air pressure in the air stream is controlled by a knob that can be set at a high setting for extra-strong airflow or at a low setting for normal room temperature air. Electric motors control the speed of the spray of air through the feeders. Coherent Market Insights

  2. Coherent Market Insights Two-Way Tilt Dryer: These types of the dryer are most often found in commercial applications requiring the ability to rotate the drum at an angle. Most two-way tilt dryers are generally classified as single-axis dryers where the drum is tilted vertically and an attached cooling fan is positioned above the drum. Two-way tilt dryers can be further classified as vertical dryers and a drum is positioned between the fan and the dryer in a vertical position. Single-axis dryers are usually controlled by electrical motors. If your dryer uses electricity to operate, it will either need a power cord plugged into an existing outlet or be located near a transformer.
