  2. Calibre的PEX流程(1/) • 需先過DRC/LVS • 先改自己資料夾(Calibre_PEX)中的Rule.rce有關include後面的路徑 • 以search找字串”include” • 找到後改為指向Rule_20KA.rc和Rule_08KA.rc兩個檔自己的全路徑 2

  5. Calibre的PEX流程(4/) 將nand2.pex.netlist修改成能跑HSPICE的內容並改檔名為nand2.pex.sp • 將之前inv.sp跑presim時所加的部分先copy過來後, 將*去掉 • 改input_inv為input_nand2 • 留意副電路的呼叫(節點需一致) 5

  7. Calibre的PEX流程(6/) • 務必將input_nand2, 以及經由PEX過程後所得到的三個檔(inv.pex.netlist, inv.pex.netlist.INV.pxi, inv.pex.netlist.pex)放在同一個資料夾下(例:nand2) 7

  8. Calibre的PEX流程(7/) • 再依跑presim的程序做一遍即可!(切記先到家目錄鍵入”hs”再改變路徑到nand2.pex.sp的地方) 8
