  3. Why discuss about Regional Norms Tension between Universal value and regional value ex. Cooperative security (CSCE) can not apply to ASEAN, reject by China. US bilateral relations rather than hegemony Regionalisation is flourish when realism and neoliberalism is not matter.

  4. Continue…… • Non intervention for domestic • Appreciate to State sovereignty is high • Less interdependence, economy • Voting is not the modus operandi • ASEAN is not balancer • ASEAN is not phenomenon of BoP.
