  3. Issue II Alternative or substitution not satisfied: Live at off-campus apartment Buses are crowded Do not operate on weekends On-campus Parking Issue II Mediation Re-arrangement: • Free Park & Ride • More buses during class period • Upgrade vehicle

  4. Mediation Change policy: Encourage students to get permit Drop unnecessary reserved parking restriction More spaces available shortly On-campus Parking Issue III Issue III Lots reserved: • Many less-used reserved parking lots • Restrictions of permits • Not enough space at public area
