  2. There is no doubt whatsoever that the laws surrounding immigration into the UK are exceedingly complex. Not only are they exceedingly complex, but they keep changing almost from day to day. For example, the Prime Minister is currently considering raising the minimum salary level to £40,000 for overseas workers who wish to work here. This would also have a knock-on effect on employers here who need to employ overseas personnel because they are unable to find British residents with the qualifications that they need. That is just one example of how things can change almost overnight.
