  1. Spaghetti Squash Recipe - an Italian Dish Using a Hot Chile Pepper Kick Spaghetti Squash is pasta using an additional bit of sexy spice. Perhaps not the traditional edition, but ideal for individuals pepper-heads anyway. Only add more (or less) cayenne and red pepper flakes if you like it's hot. This is a fairly typical Nutritional content of the Spaghetti Squash, but is works flawlessly each time. Ingredients: 8 oz dried spaghetti, or some other Long dried pasta 1 tbsp melted butter, space temperature 3 tbsp unsalted butter 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 1/2 cups cooked, peeled, fresh Berries Salt, to taste Ground black pepper, to taste 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper 1 tsp ground pepper flakes 2 cups diced cooked chicken 1/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Butter a 2 1/2-3-quart casserole Dish with one tbsp of the butter. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cook the pasta in boiling water only Brief of this time that it claims on the package instructions. You desire the glue a small raw in the center.
